ICC Test rankings, Captain Babar Azam Moves to 6th Position.

LAHORE: In the ICC Test rankings, national team captain Babar Azam has moved up one place to sixth position while in bowling, Hassan Ali has made a long jump and moved up 21 places.

The ICC released the ICC Test Rankings in which Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam moved up one place to sixth. Muhammad Rizwan’s ranking has improved by 19 places. Among bowlers, fast bowler Hassan Ali moved up 21 places to 32nd position.

In batting, England captain Joe Root has moved up two places to third. New Zealand captain Ken Williamson remains number one and Australia’s Steve Smith remains number two. Australia’s Labushin is ranked fourth and Indian captain Virat Kohli is now ranked fifth. Faheem Ashraf from 66th to 47th Fawad Alam moved up four places to 74th.
Muhammad Abbas is ranked 12th in the bowlers’ rankings. Shaheen Afridi moved up four places to 30th. Australia’s Pat Cummins remains first and England’s Stuart Broad is second. England’s James Anderson is third after a three-point improvement.
